At Pacific, we exist to protect the investments, reputations, and peace of mind of Oregon's property owners and their managers. The building envelope is your first line of defense—protecting your entire investment from water, weather, and time—and it's where construction failures become visible first, often as costly litigation. Where others cut corners or chase the lowest bid, we deliver certainty: comprehensive, long-term building envelope solutions that perform as promised.

We guarantee the safety of every project.

At Pacific, safety is embedded in every aspect of how we plan and execute work.We complete an Operational Risk Analysis and develop a SSSP (Site-Specific SafetyPlan) for every project. We conduct a Job Hazard Analysis for each task to be completed. We ensure that Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are on-site and reviewed prior to the use of any chemicals.

We utilize automated mechanical lifts with emergency descent systems to reduce fall risk and increase efficiency. We erect safety barriers to separate work zones from pedestrian and trade traffic. All or our equipment undergoes daily inspections using documented checklists to stay on schedule. All tools, equipment and vehicles regularly undergo preventative maintenance to limit hazards.

Strict adherence of all OSHA Regulations, including fall protection for work above six feet, is mandatory. Regular Toolbox Talks cover various topics including Work at Heights, PPE, Housekeeping, Safe Lifting, Tool Safety, and Weather Protocols. All Supervisors are OSHA 30 certified; All Foremen are OSHA 10 certified. All Pacific team members are certified annually in 1st-Aid and CPR.

A third-party Safety Consultant (Safety Northwest) conducts bi-weekly safety audits on each of our projects that are reviewed by Pacific Management. Field risk assessments and near misses are reviewed by our Safety Committee.

All personnel are required to wear hand, eye, ear, respiratory, and fall protection at all times. Hard hats, high-visibility safety vests, and proper footwear are also mandatory. Scheduled breaks are enforced during periods of extreme heat, cold, or other weather exposure risks.
We guarantee the quality of every project. Our high-performance QA/QC approach is field-driven, documentation-supported, and designed to provide certainty.

All craft workers are trained, and agree in writing, to follow project-specific work plans and SOPs before mobilization, with strict consequences for individuals who deviate from the plans, ensuring careful and uniform installations. Superintendent-led reviews of cladding, fenestration, substrate prep, fastener patterns, material adhesion, AQ testing, VOC applications & flashing transitions ensures work is reviewed, documented, and free of errors at all stages. Regular team member audits hold the site superintendent and foreman accountable for superior quality.

Field teams work from current drawings with active version control. Conflicts are escalated immediately via RFI facilitating design intent while reducing miscommunication. Testing is performed for sealant & material adhesion, SAM flashing adherence, and product compatibility per manufacturer guidelines to guarantee workmanship and warranties. Weekly Project Constraint Logs are shared across our team to proactively identify blockers and coordinate solutions.

Weather adaptation is achieved with 1/2-hour monitoring within high-risk zones. Temporary weather protection is implemented when prudent. Work areas are kept clean and secure. Walkways are protected and kept clear. Any access limitations, schedule conflicts, or safety hazards are immediately communicated to the Project Team.
We guarantee the schedule of every project. Pacific takes a proactive, systematic approach to project communication, site logistics and project engineering that ensures schedules are met no matter the challenges that may arise from contract to close-out. We are sensitive to tenant and community needs while flexible to adapt scope to unforeseen challenges.

A secure, weather-protected staging area is established at each project site with containerized storage for accessories and consumables. Mechanical equipment with certified operators follow established pathways for delivery and loading to maximize efficiency and pace.

Pacific maintains clear communication with the Project Team to ensure timely delivery and sequencing of materials. We normally anticipate a two-month procurement lead time with a rolling two-week reserve maintained on-site to mitigate supply disruptions. All constraints to the critical path are recorded and tracked for clear resolution to achieve a properly sequenced and timely project. All projects are reviewed weekly by our Project Management Team to ensure schedules are met and constraints are cleared.

Pacific establishes and follows agreed-upon job-site parking, traffic control, and haul routes. We maintain clear emergency access plans, designated lay-down areas, and primary access routes to keep each project running smoothly. All tools (hand & power tools) and machinery (lift equipment) is inspected daily utilizing checklists. Pacific performs daily site cleanup, removing all waste. Cleanliness and housekeeping are reinforced by our daily field protocols to minimize hazards and maintain workflow.
Pacific is committed to our community and environment. We actively support projects subject to sustainability mandates.
