We worked with Walsh Construction as their building envelope subcontractor for the new construction of this multi-family apartment community including WRB, cladding, rainscreen, SAM flashings, joint sealants, custom wood soffits, and sheet metal flashings. The custom wood cladding and soffits of this community give it a luxury feel without the price tag.
