We worked with LMC Construction as their building envelope subcontractor for the new construction of this multi-family apartment community including WRB, cladding, rainscreen, SAM flashings, joint sealants, custom wood soffits, and sheet metal flashings. The thoughful design of cladding trims and two-tone painting increase both the aesthetic and functional value of this integrated building envelope.
