We worked with Truebeck Construction as their building envelope subcontractor for the rehabilitation of this luxury mixed-use building, installing air and weather barriers, terracotta & fiber cement cladding, exterior cedar soffits, SAM flashings, joint sealants, fiberglass windows, and exterior folding aluminum doors. This remains one of the most aesthically pleasing and functionally integrated structures in the City of Portland.
